BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that four of the firm’s attorneys in Birmingham, Alabama, have been elevated to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The new partners are Chandler Combest, Thomas L. Oliver III, T. Brooks Proctor, and Emily M. Ruzic.
Mr. Combest is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group and concentrates his practice on public finance, including serving as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel on both tax-exempt and taxable financings throughout Alabama.
Mr. Oliver has a diverse general litigation practice handling matters in complex commercial, product liability, construction, real estate and toxic tort litigation and has successfully represented clients of all sizes in a variety of industries.
Mr. Proctor represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, general commercial litigation, and class actions.
Ms. Ruzic advises natural gas pipeline companies and other infrastructure clients on issues involving location, land acquisition, construction, and operations, and she has regulatory and commercial experience in the energy space.
