Matt Drenan is located in the firm’s San Diego office. He represents local, national, and international clients in employment and corporate matters, involving single plaintiff, complex, and class action defense.

In the firm’s San Francisco office, Bukola Mabadeje has extensive experience representing lenders in the middle market segment in real property and personal property secured and unsecured transactions.

Alison M. Pear in Portland specializes in corporate transactions, with a focus on corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions.

Scott M. Salomon in Los Angeles specializes in real estate transactions, with an emphasis on tax credit finance and real estate secured transactions.

Gordon Stuart, focuses on trust & estate litigation and elder abuse, as well as real estate and general business litigation.
