Casner & Edwards’ Peter I. Dunn Speaks on MCLE’s “Start-Up Securities Issues” Program
BOSTON, MA—Peter I. Dunn, a partner in Casner & Edwards’ Business & Corporate Group, will serve as a faculty member for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) “Start-Up Securities Issues” Program on Sept, 27 from 11:00 am–1:00 pm. An on-demand webcast will be available after Oct. 13.
The MCLE program will help lawyers who advise start-ups understand the typical financing options for start-up companies, when they are used, and the associated legal obligations to ensure compliance and avoid potential adverse legal, financial and reputational consequences for the issuers. The program will also include an “Ask the Expert” session.
Dunn practices in corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, offerings of debt and equity securities.
