Catherine Scott Presented on Tufts Alumni Association Webinar

BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Catherine Scott presented on the Tufts University Alumni Association webinar, “Affirmative Action Under Siege?: Potential Impacts & Paths Forward,” on November 9, 2023. Scott, along with fellow speakers, discussed the recent Supreme Court affirmative action ruling in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and how students, educators, and workplaces may be impacted as a result.

Scott is a litigator and labor and employment lawyer defending and advising employers. She helps companies navigate workplace allegations such as employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, Family and Medical Leave Act, breach of contract, and wage and hour class actions, among others.
