Chamberlain Hrdlicka Elevates Six to Shareholder and One to Equity Shareholder

ATLANTA, GA—Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that it has elevated six attorneys to shareholder and one to equity shareholder. The new equity shareholder is Atlanta-based attorney Patrick J. McCann, Jr. Additionally, Atlanta-based attorneys Samuel H. Grier, John Guin, Farid Khosravi, John Nail and Houston-based attorneys Stuart H. Clements and Matthew Stirneman were elevated to shareholder. These promotions were shared during the firm’s annual shareholders’ meeting held in Houston on January 27, 2024.

Stuart H. Clements focuses on tax, estate administration and planning.

Samuel Grier represents clients in all aspects of state and federal tax controversy in audit examinations, administrative appeals and at trial.

John Guin advises businesses, officers, directors and shareholders in complex construction and business disputes, including cases involving claims for breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.

Farid Khosravi has more than 17 years of international tax experience both in client service and in-house with a diversified, Fortune 500 manufacturing and materials sciences company.

Patrick J. McCann, Jr.  focuses on representing taxpayers at all stages of tax controversy, including examination, appeals and litigation.

John Nail focuses on representing clients at all levels of their matters with the IRS, from examination and appeals to litigation in the U.S. Tax Court and Federal District Court.

Matthew Stirneman focuses his practice on corporate finance, securities, real estate and other general business matters.
