Company’s ‘Communication Restriction’ Didn’t Violate Employee’s First Amendment Rights, Says 9th Circuit

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit granted summary judgment to an Oregon electric utility company following allegations from a former employee that it had violated his First Amendment rights when it prevented him from speaking with other witnesses/employees regarding an internal investigation into his alleged misconduct.
