DLx Law Hires Diana Stern as Special Counsel

Stern will help DLx Law clients across the blockchain, fintech and media sectors stand up and optimize their in-house legal functions as well as provide product counseling across the firm’s client portfolio.

Stern has more than a decade of specialized legal expertise in the digital assets sector and other highly regulated industries. She has worked with startups and large brands to determine their product-market fits, generate significant cost savings and increase revenue. Stern joins DLx Law after serving as General Counsel at Palm NFT Studio, where she scaled the company’s legal and regulatory operations and led a successful merger with Candy Digital.
