Eastman & Smith Welcomes Back Anna Schroeder

FINDLAY, OH—Eastman & Smith is pleased to announce that Anna Schroeder has rejoined the firm in our Findlay office. She will practice in the firm’s Business Law, and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Practice Groups.

Anna works with clients on a wide range of corporate matters, such as entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, privacy measures and drafting contracts of all types. In her health care practice, she frequently engages in the corporate, transactional and regulatory needs of clients as well as compliance issues. She also has experience in personal estate planning including the drafting of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney.
