Gentry Locke Adds Civil Defense Litigator Joshua E. Lepchitz to Norfolk Office

NORFOLK, VA—The Virginia law firm Gentry Locke is pleased to announce that Joshua E. Lepchitz has joined the firm’s Norfolk office as an associate in the Civil Defense Litigation Group.

Prior to joining Gentry Locke, Lepchitz worked as an associate at a boutique criminal defense firm in Norfolk after spending three years as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the city of Norfolk. While in the prosecutor’s office, he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses ranging from traffic infraction appeals to murder and managed a high volume of cases to prepare for trial, maintaining an understanding of current criminal code to make complex decisions and negotiate plea deals to advance justice.
