Governor Beshear Appoints Jenny Cave to Kentucky Horse Park Commission

LOUISVILLE, KY—Governor Andy Beshear has appointed Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Jennifer Cave to the Kentucky Horse Park Commission. She will serve a four-year term. The commission is charged with providing broad management expertise and direction in the operation of the Kentucky Horse Park as well as representing the diverse interests of the Kentucky horse industry.

Cave is a Member (Partner) based in Stites & Harbison’s Louisville, Ky., office. She has over 20 years of experience working as an environmental consultant and attorney across the United States. As a member of the firm’s Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Service Group, she works with businesses to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations. Cave advises clients on air quality, storm water, waste water, and solid and hazardous waste permitting and compliance requirements and defends clients in administrative, civil and criminal enforcement actions.
