Jeff Dyess Selected as Member of Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Jeff Dyess, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been selected as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

Chair of Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Mr. Dyess is a litigation partner with more than two decades of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property, competitive practice, trade secret and complex commercial disputes.
