Judicate West Welcomes Judge John G. Evans

SANTA ANA, CA—Judicate West, one of California’s leading providers of private dispute resolution services, has added Judge John G. Evans, formerly with the Riverside County Superior Court, to its roster of neutrals. Judge Evans is based out of the Santa Ana office and available throughout California as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge.

Appointed to the Superior Court bench in 2008 by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Judge Evans served 15 years on the Riverside County Superior Court bench. He has presided over 68 civil jury trials, including matters involving employment, construction defects, negligence, insurance and contract disputes. Judge Evans also served six years as a probate judge, overseeing trials involving guardianships, conservatorships and trust and decedent estate trials, ranging from small estates to those exceeding $60 million dollars.
