Lish Whitson Joins JAMS in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA—JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Lish Whitson to its panel. Mr. Whitson joins JAMS after a 45-year career as a civil trial lawyer, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including individuals, small businesses, corporations, government entities and unions.

Based in the Seattle Resolution Center, Mr. Whitson will serve as a mediator and arbitrator, handling business and commercial; class action and mass torts; employment; estate, probate and trusts; government and public agency; insurance; intellectual property; personally injury; professional liability; and real property disputes. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for attorneys and their clients across the country.
