Colin’s practice encompasses financial services litigation, transactional matters, and FINRA arbitrations across multiple states, including Alabama, Florida, and North Carolina. He skillfully represents mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and other consumer lenders facing individual and class action claims involving fraud, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection statutes.
