WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Jones Foster, a private and commercial law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce that Martin County Bar Association President R. Wayne Richter has appointed trusts and estates litigation attorney Matthew L. Worsham, LL.M., as chair of the MCBA’s Wills, Trusts & Estates/Probate Committee for the 2023-2024 term.

As committee chair, Mr. Worsham will lead meetings focused on issues impacting estate planning and probate law, develop educational and networking events; submit thought leadership for distribution in the MCBA SideBar monthly newsletter; and increase the engagement of members through events, social media, and the MCBA online community. Mr. Worsham previously served as co-chair of the MCBA’s Young Lawyers Division.
