McGlinchey Welcomes Litigator Jonathan Cornfield

WASHINGTON, D.C.— McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that litigator Jonathan “Jon” Cornfield has joined McGlinchey as an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Jon represents financial services institutions in litigation, commercial disputes, complex torts, and class actions at the state, federal, and appellate levels.

Before joining McGlinchey, Jon represented a federal regulatory agency as outside counsel on claims involving broker-dealer and investment advisor requests for expungement of information from their registration records. McGlinchey’s Financial Services Litigation group represents all manner of financial institutions including national and state-chartered banks, finance companies, mortgage lenders and servicers, credit card issuers, automobile lenders, student lenders, community banks, thrifts, credit unions, and insurance providers.
