Moore & Van Allen Welcomes Former Bank of America Associate General Counsel Felicia M. Gardner

CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that Felicia M. Gardner has joined the firm’s Employee Benefits & Compensation team as member. She most recently served as associate general counsel at Bank of America, where she advised on benefits, compensation, and litigation management.

While at Bank of America, Felicia led a team of eight associates and managed the bank’s employment-related litigation, agency charges and investigations, and compliance matters. Specifically, she worked to ensure enterprise compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
