Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Jaclyn L. Kugell and Andrea E. Zoia Presented at 2023 DMEC Virtual Compliance Conference

BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Jaclyn L. Kugell and Andrea E. Zoia presented at the 2023 Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) Virtual Compliance Conference on May 3, 2023. Both attorneys presented the panel, “FMLA & ADA: Year in Review,” and discussed recent developments in the interpretation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and how they affect the workplace and guide decision-making in administering employee leaves and accommodations.
