MRTH Partner Lian de la Riva Elected 2023 Vice President of Divisions, Sections and Committees of the HNBA

MIAMI, FL—Guardianship, Trusts and Estates attorney Lian de la Riva, a partner with the Florida law firm of Markowitz Ringel Trusty + Hartog, P.A. (MRTH), has been elected 2023 Vice President of Divisions, Sections and Committees of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). During the HNBA’s annual convention in Minneapolis on September 6-8, Lian and other Officers and Board members were installed. Further, Lian was honored by her colleagues by being selected to participate in the organization’s Latina Executive Leadership Program.

A member of the firm’s Probate & Guardianship group, Lian concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship law. She represents professional fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and incapacitated individuals in all stages of complex administration as well as litigated guardianship, probate or trust matters. Lian also acts as a court-appointed trustee and curator.
