Nicholas B. Vargo Earns Florida Board Certification in Construction Law

SARASOTA, FL—Ball Janik, LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney Nicholas B. Vargo, who works in the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice, is newly board-certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. With his recent achievement, Vargo becomes one of six attorneys at the firm who are board-certified in construction.

Vargo has worked at Ball Janik LLP for over half a decade. As a member of the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice, Vargo assists commercial and residential clients in various disputes, including construction defects.
