Perkins Coie Grows M&A Practice with Debt Finance Lawyer Jonathan Forgang

LOS ANGELES, CA—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Jonathan Forgang has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice.

Jonathan has significant experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies with respect to borrower-side debt finance transactions, including leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations. His practice includes structuring and negotiating senior and subordinated debt facilities, as well as term, revolving, and asset-based loan facilities, with both commercial bank and non-bank lenders and high-yield note offerings.
