NEW YORK, NY—Polsinelli Continues Private Equity and Health Care Expansion with Two New Shareholders in New York. Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has welcomed two new shareholders to its New York City office –Steve Polyakov and Patrick F. Rice. Their hiring comes on the heels of the New York office’s recent lease extension and floor expansion at its 600 Third Avenue address.

Steve Polyakov has joined the firm’s Health Care Department and Health Care Operations Practice. Polyakov advises health care, medical-based and pharmacy clients on their transactional, regulatory, and litigation issues with a deep understanding of their overall growth strategy.

Rice is an experienced corporate attorney who counsels clients, including private equity sponsors, buyers, sellers and financial advisors, in large-cap and middle-market mergers and acquisitions, other corporate transactions as well as related securities matters across multiple sectors and geographies, including the energy, infrastructure, transportation and shipping sectors.
