Polsinelli Strengthens Private Equity Practice with New Shareholder David Reintjes

DALLAS, TX—Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes David C. Reintjes as a shareholder in the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. Reintjes is an experienced private equity attorney with more than 25 years of experience in advising clients across the entire private fund life cycle. During his career, he has spent time in private practice and in-house counsel, including more than 15 years at TPG, a global private equity firm, where he served as its Global Chief Compliance Officer as well as General Counsel for the Asia Pacific region.

Reintjes advises private equity and venture capital firms and family offices on the full spectrum of issues relating to private fund investments, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and operation, portfolio management, regulatory and compliance, and international investments and operations.
