PORTLAND, OR—VF Law welcomes Coni S. Rathbone as a distinguished addition to its team as Of Counsel in the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. Rathbone will split her time between the firm’s Portland and Boise offices. She brings her extensive legal acumen to VF Law after having served as a partner at Dunn Carney, Zupancic Rathbone, and Davis Wright Tremaine.

Rathbone’s proficiency revolves around adeptly representing property owners and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, orchestrating tenant-in-common (TIC) resolutions, navigating opportunity zones, creating securities offerings to finance development, mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating general business transactions.
