Reward for Four Georgia Fugitives Grows to $73,000
The reward for anyone who has information that could lead to the capture of four men who earlier this week escaped from a central Georgia jail has grown to $73,000, Associated Press reports. The four escapees have been identified as Joey Fournier, Marc Kerry Anderson, Johnifer Dernard Barnwell and Chavis Demaryo Stokes and were being held on charges ranging from drug trafficking to assault and murder. The men escaped through a damaged window and a cut fence at the jail and it is unknown whether they stayed together once they escaped. The reward is a combined sum being offered by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, the Macon Regional Crime Stoppers and the U.S. Marshals Service.
