Rimon PC Announces Acquisition of Intellectual Property Boutique, Davidson, Berquist, Jackson and Gowdey
MCLEAN, VA – Rimon PC is pleased to announce its acquisition of intellectual property boutique, Davidson, Berquist, Jackson and Gowdey (DBJG).
The DBJG group of six partners practice intellectual property law, including intellectual property litigation, patent counselling, patent prosecution, intellectual property licensing, trademark and copyright counseling and prosecution. The acquisition positions Rimon with technology attorneys in Tysons Corner, Virginia, the center of the ever expanding technology hub of the DC metro area.
Joining Rimon PC will be the following practitioners:
Eric Kirsch represents international technology companies in patent infringement lawsuits, licensing matters and patent prosecution.
Don Jackson is a Partner in Rimon’s Northern Virginia office. Don’s practice is centered on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent infringement litigation.
Peter Gowdey is a Partner in Rimon’s Northern Virginia office. In practice since 1970, Peter focuses on patent prosecution.
Aldo Noto, a Partner in Rimon’s Northern Virginia office, concentrates his practice in the area of domestic and international intellectual property rights.
Gregory A. Krauss focuses on patent litigation in federal courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, trademark prosecution in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and trademark litigation in federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Jay Berquist is a partner in Rimon’s Northern Virginia office. Jay’s practice is centered on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent infringement litigation.
