Rod Kanter Elected to National Association of Bond Lawyers Board of Directors

BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner Rod Kanter has been elected to serve as a director on the board of directors for the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL), the premier trade association for lawyers serving the municipal bond market.

Mr. Kanter is a member of Bradley’s Public Finance team and concentrates his practice on helping cities, counties and other public bodies raise funds, improve services and grow their economies. He provides the full gamut of tax, securities and bond structuring services and has experience advising clients on federal securities laws and compliance.
