Shane Goodrich Presented at MBA’s 44th Annual Labor and Employment Spring Conference

Boston, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Shane Goodrich presented at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) 44th Annual Labor and Employment Spring Conference on May 24, 2023. Goodrich served as a panelist for the Employment Law Update, in which he discussed updates on recent employment law decisions from the past year from a management-side perspective, opposite fellow faculty presenting the employer-side perspective.

Goodrich is an experienced and skilled litigator who represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, wrongful terminations and contract disputes.
