University Of Miami Law School’s Master of Laws in Real Property Development Names Thomas F. Nealon as Director
MIAMI, FL—Amidst an unprecedented level of activity in South Florida’s commercial and residential real estate markets, the University of Miami Law School’s Master of Laws in Real Property Development (UM-RPD), has named Thomas F. Nealon as Director. Nealon will oversee all aspects of the post-graduate program, which assists recent law school graduates and practitioners interested in furthering their expertise in real estate development.
The UM-RPD Advisory Board is also expanding with the following real estate professionals joining: Rocio Budetta, Partner and Managing Director at Newland Capital Group; Carolina Herrera, Vice President of Land Acquisition at Lennar Homes; and Hugo Arza, Partner at Holland & Knight.
The expansion of the advisory board coincides with the continued growth of the UM-RPD program, which was recently recognized as the top LL.M. program for real estate law. With enrollment options available both on campus and through a distance learning option, the program attracts recent law school graduates and practitioners from across the country and internationally who are looking to build their practice.
