Tip of the Day: Delegate everything that is below your pay grade
How I decide what to delegate is simple; I look at a task think: "what is the ROI?". If there ROI is there, I do it, if not, I delegate it. In the beginning, I had a really hard time letting go because I thought I'm the one who needs to do it, I'm the one who does it best, I'm going to do it faster, I'm going to do it better, this and that. If you can find somebody who can do it 80 to 85%, as good as you would do it, don't do it, delegate it. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking for things to get done.
As a business owner, your main function is sales and marketing. That's where you get your greatest ROI.
